What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
There are no charges as TIDAA is a digital accreditation organisation and virtual products are sold.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Most requests for certification are orders which are placed via TIDAA and payments reside with the company as they invoice members directly. However, any TIDAA- specific products can be paid with via PayPal.
How long will it take before my Certificate is approved?
When you place an orders for Certificates on TIDAA, you will receive a Digital Trust Seal, which is downloadable within an hour of placing the order. The status will be pending until the invoice you will receive by the company is placed and the request approved and verified.
How secure is shopping in the TIDAA store? Is my data protected?
The TIDAA website is protected by SSL technology. All data is never sold to third parties and only your information is shared with the company for which you wish to be accredited by.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive a confirmation of request email. The request is sent to the company which you would like to be certified by. Should you meet the acceptance / entry requirements, you will receive an invoice for immediate payment. Should you not receive any acknowledgement of your order within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

To get your company listed, send your company details (company name, company registration number, contact number and address) to firstname.lastname@example.org
